The videoconferencing industry is alway evolving with new equipment constantly being released. We have recently upgrading our primary room equipment to Polycom HDX 7000. The HDX 7000 is an IP based system allowing us to use the internet for transmission instead of the much more expensive ISDN system. IP transmission uses our internet connection to connect to the remote site. The remote site should have IP connectivity but if this is not possible we can arrange to connect to an ISDN system via a bridge.


We will continue to offer outgoing ISDN services but this will be on our secondary Sony System.
